Account sheets (SAP Business one)

The account sheets provide a detailed and chronological overview of all transactions that have taken place on a selected posting account within a certain period of time.

For financial accounts, the opening balance and the balance after each individual transaction are also shown, which enables an exact comparison with the bank statements. It is also possible to determine the daily closing balances for the entire period, which is particularly important when monitoring cash accounts to ensure that they never have a negative balance. balance are shown. For other account types, the total of all movements in the period under review is shown instead of the individual balances.

  1. Chronological transaction listing
All transactions posted to the selected account are displayed in chronological order. This enables precise tracking of the booking history.
  2. Opening and closing balance
For foreign currency accounts, the balance is shown by default in the Foreign currency is displayed. Alternatively, you can switch to the display in the local currency.
  3. Accumulated balance display
By entering a specific date, the system displays the cumulative balance of the account up to that date. A helpful function for time-related analyses.
  4. Direct navigation to documents
With the help of Link arrows users can navigate directly to the underlying documents. This allows details of individual transactions to be viewed quickly and clearly.
