Recurring transactions in SAP Business One make it possible to create a recurring Sales transaction with a client. One can use it to Automatically generate purchase, sales and warehouse receipts at an interval you specify.

This only requires an initially stored draft document (Parked receipt), which serves as the basis, as well as a configuration in which you determine the frequency for the automatic proposal creation of these documents.
Recurring transactions are ideal if, for example, you have recurring costs such as a Service contract or a regular fee on a subscription basis, but they can also be used to automate a standard merchandise order for your customer.
