Most problems in ERP projects arise from misunderstandings between customers and providers. It is often only when the software is put into operation that it is realised that the ERP system does not meet the company's actual requirements - or at least not in all respects. These misunderstandings usually arise due to a lack of or incorrect communication between the two parties. The project manager should therefore mediate and know what information is important for the provider. Only then is it possible for the ERP consultants to correctly implement the requirements in the system.
5. time and mental capacity
Another point of great importance. The project management must have sufficient capacity to take good care of the project. Project to be able to take care of them. Both in terms of time and mentally.
