Many things new: Mari Project Version 5.0.001

The new version 5.0.001 of Mari Project (aka ProjectManagement for SAP Business One ) is now available. There are some innovations:

Conversion of offer/order into contract

Feature: Items of the type fixed price service can now also be imported.

Equipment and machinery category

Feature: It is now possible to store spare parts for a device/machine category.

Equipment and machine master data

Feature: It is now possible to define spare parts for a device or a machine, or to take over the spare parts from the category.

Service calls

Feature: In the basics of service operations, it is now possible to set whether the result must be set on the customer service objects or devices and machines when completing a service operation.

planning

Feature: When opening the project planning, you now have the choice at some points whether you want to see the "Phase structure" or "Contract items" view directly. The current phase/contract and the current planning are also preselected.

Project master

Feature: Several employees can now be added or removed at once on the "Template" tab.

Import Wizard

Feature: If a worksheet of an Excel file cannot be selected for import, the name of the sheet is now displayed in the error message in addition to the reason.

System

Full Text Search: For the dimensions customer service object, device and machine category and device/machine it is now possible to search via the Full Text Search mechanism (MS-SQL version only)
Record limitThe adjustable record limit is now noted in the standard for each search class.
The limit for all search classes can be preset via the context menu at the record limit.
Menu permissions: It is now also possible to set the menu permissions for customer users in the Mobile clients be adjusted.

Posting statement travel expenses

Feature: The respective subtype of the travel expense type is now also displayed in the posting statement travel expenses.
