By switching between Sophie's and Richard's user accounts, Duffy illustrates the seamless process of order approval within SAP Business One.
Another focus is on the Alarm functionwhich automatically notifies users of important events, such as when discounts exceed a set percentage. This function helps to ensure compliance with company guidelines and enables managers to react quickly to deviations.
