All good things come in threes. Richard Duffy has shed light on another side of SAP Business One. This time, the functions relating to workflows and authorisation functions. There is a lot to be found here in the depths of the functionality, and some surprising things too.
The demonstration begins with the introduction of Sophie Clog, a member of the sales team, who is working on a sales order that needs to be authorised by her manager, played by Richard Duffy himself. By switching between Sophie's and Richard's user accounts, Duffy illustrates the seamless process of order approval within SAP Business One.
Another focus is on the Alarm functionwhich automatically notifies users of important events, such as when discounts exceed a set percentage. This function helps to ensure compliance with company guidelines and enables managers to react quickly to deviations.
