Form settings are an SAP B1 function that allows users to show or hide user-specific fields and columns in a form. From VFS v04.2026, this function will also be available in VFS account sheets, allowing each user to customise the displayed columns to their work requirements.
Context
The account statements in the Financial Cockpit display a pre-defined selection of columns by default. Through the form settings, the user can hide columns that are not needed or add more, depending on whether they need to view cost centres, document types, or posting texts, for example. The setting is user-specific and is retained across sessions. (Source: V04.2026_V2, Ch. 3.1, p. 5)
