The field Export for DATEV is a custom SAP B1 flag at the account level that controls whether a G/L account is included in the VFS DATEV export. If the flag is not set, the export excludes the account. From VFS v04.2026, the field is directly visible and editable in the main window of the chart of accounts in the Financial Cockpit.
Context
Not every account in the SAP B1 chart of accounts must be transferred to DATEV – technical clearing accounts, internal clearing accounts or interim accounts are typically excluded. The „Export for DATEV" flag allows this selection at the account level. Through integration into the main screen of the Financial Cockpit from v04.2026, users can check the export status of multiple accounts in the list view and adjust them via mass change.
