The field Date account is a custom SAP B1 field that stores the corresponding DATEV account number for an SAP B1 general ledger account. It maps the internal SAP B1 chart of accounts to the DATEV chart of accounts. From VFS v04.2026, the field is directly visible in the main mask of the chart of accounts in the Financial Cockpit.
Context
The DATEV account number often differs from the internal SAP B1 account number because both systems maintain their own chart of accounts. The DATEV account field records the transfer and ensures that the VFS-DATEV export assigns each bookkeeping entry to the correct DATEV account. Integration into the main screen from v04.2026 allows for direct checking and correction of discrepancies between SAP B1 and DATEV account numbers in the list view.
