E-invoicing in Germany: How to implement the obligation with SAP Business One

the GP Master Data Query describes the proven operating logic for list-based queries of business partner master data (GP = Business Partner) in the VFS Financial Cockpit. The new chart of accounts list view in v04.2026 is based on this logic to ensure a shallow learning curve for users.

Context

The GP master data query is the established pattern in the Financial Cockpit for searching, filtering, and displaying business partner data in a tabular list. Anyone familiar with this interface will immediately find their way around the new chart of accounts list view — both areas follow identical operating concepts (search, filter row, column selection, drill-down).
