the SAP Transaction ID is an internal identifier in SAP Business One that uniquely designates every posting in the system. From VFS v04.2026, the export log file of the DATEV export outputs the SAP transaction ID as a reference, allowing a posting to be located directly in SAP B1 in case of an error.
Context
Previously, the export log file only contained internal export serial numbers, which were difficult to trace without system access. By outputting the SAP transaction ID in parallel with the document number, the revised log file enables dual identification: users and the firm can locate a problematic posting either via the commercial document number or the technical transaction ID.
