The capitalisation allowance was a tax opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises to claim future investments for tax purposes in the years before the actual purchase. This regulation was replaced by the investment deduction. It allowed up to 40% of the planned investment costs to be deducted from profits in the Tax balance sheet to reduce the tax burden in good financial years. This promotes the planning and realisation of investments. Special valuation requirements can be met by add-ons such as the Versino Financial Suite that enable advanced financial analyses.
