How to create a custom table in SAP Business One

A new channel "SAP Business One Technical" has appeared on YouTube. It is not yet entirely clear who exactly runs this channel.
An apparently Indian colleague has published a first video "SAP Business One UDT (User Defined Table) )".

In order to store additional content in the system that is not provided for in SAP Business One, you can create user-defined tables. There are no limitations here and there are no limits to imagination and creativity. Based on the user-defined tables, the following can then be created in SAP Business One custom objects are created. But that is perhaps a topic for a next video.
