The new version 5.0.001 of Mari Project (aka ProjectManagement for SAP Business One ) is now available. There are some new features:
Conversion of offer/order into contract
- Feature: Items of the fixed price service type can now also be imported.
Devices and machines category
- Feature: It is now possible to store spare parts for an appliance/machine category
Devices and machine master data
- Feature: It is now possible to specify spare parts for an appliance or machine, or to transfer the spare parts from the category.
Service calls
- Feature: In the service call basics, you can now set whether the result must be set on the customer service objects or devices and machines when a service call is completed.
planning
- Feature: When opening the project planning, you can now choose in some places whether you want to see the "Phase structure" or "Contract items" view directly. The current phase/contract and the current planning are also preselected.
Project master
- Feature: Several employees can now be added or removed at once on the "Template" tab.
Import Wizard
- Feature: If a worksheet of an Excel file cannot be selected for import, the name of the sheet is now displayed in the error message in addition to the reason.
System
- Full Text SearchCustomer service object, device and machine category and device/machine dimensions can now be searched for using the full text search mechanism (MS-SQL version only)
- Record limitThe adjustable record limit is now noted in the standard for each search class.
- The limit for all search classes can be preset via the context menu on the data record limit.
- Menu authorisations: The menu authorisations for customer users can now also be set in the Mobile clients be adjusted.
