Internal cost allocation

E-invoicing in Germany: How to implement the obligation with SAP Business One

Internal activity allocation is a cost accounting method that ensures that the costs of services provided by one cost centre to another within the company are correctly allocated. This is particularly important when it comes to internal services, such as the IT department providing services for other departments or a production department producing for another. The ILV enables costs to be allocated transparently and in line with their origin and creates a basis for the precise calculation of the end products. Special valuation requirements can be met by add-ons such as the Versino Financial Suite that enable advanced financial analyses.
