SAP Business One 10.0

The new version of SAP Business One 10.0 is supported.

• For HANA2, the database connection uses the database name (NDB@hanaserver:30013)
• The HANA version receives a new design. This design is both integrated and supported in the stand-alone application.
• The MARIProject Add On can now be installed via Light Weight Deployment (also for 9.3).

• With version 6.2, the register 'Positions' was changed to a fast saving technique. Now all other registers have been changed so that the positions no longer have to be saved if a change in the other registers does not affect the positions. The 'Down payments' tab has also been changed.
• Improvement of phase selection. It is now possible to make phase selection mandatory to ensure consistent linkage between contract items and deliverables.
• Subtotals of the respective dimensions (hours, days, pieces) are now displayed.
• The contract bill of materials inherits the phase from the father

Conversion power master

• The service master has now also received the simpler setting of the positions analogous to the contract master.

Scheme planning improvements

• Scheme planning has been extended by the possibility to display contract quantities (hours, days, pieces) in the respective lines (phase/contribution margin invoice line) if the contract items are assigned to exactly one phase.
• Logical errors in the presentation of actual costs or planning can now be made more visible.

Restricting data collection to services provided to employees

• At employees a list of service templates can be defined. It is now possible to limit the data collection for individual employees to the desired service.

Planning support operations

• Planning can now be created for a support process.
• When assigning a new agent, the planning can be moved directly to the new employee.

Allocation rules instead of cost centres

• In the cost accounting distribution rules can also be created for cost centres in SAP Business One dimensions 1-5. A 1:1 distribution rule is also automatically created for each cost centre. In the documents, only distribution rules in SAP Business One are used. In MARIProject, it was previously only possible to use cost centres. Now, distribution rules can also be set.
• The evaluations in MARIProject will be modified in a later version so that they also take into account percentage shares of bookings via the distribution rules.

Improvement of the overview and search masks (support dashboard, project search...)

• It is now possible to save individually set filters as favourites in the menu. If the form is opened via the favourites, all set filters take effect directly.
• Favourites in the Launch Pad show the filtered quantity accordingly (open support cases for a customer). You can thus create tiles for each customer
• The filter masks have been supplemented with the filter option of user-defined fields. For example, if user-defined fields have been defined at the project master, they can be used when searching for projects, contracts, contract items and purchasing transactions.
• If individual masks have been designed for the user-defined fields, then these masks can be used in the filter masks.

Improvement planning

• In the web version of Gantt planning, the predecessor-successor relationships can now be displayed.
• The planning reassignment assistant can now automatically assign the correct phases within a project.
